		<description><![CDATA[The four Republican candidates for Cecil County Executive sparred on multiple issues in a political forum Wednesday night as two current County Council members emphasized the need for enhanced economic development, a frequent critic of county government urged unspecified spending cuts, and a political newcomer who has lost his job over his campaign finance activities sought to kill county economic development programs.
