That 2% increase will help pay for the 10% increase of insurance premiums. The days of past and fairly new retirements that took advantage of pay raises are over as current employees take on more responsibilities and can’t get a decent raise unless there is hidden agendas amoung supervisors. Yay for the economic business development to get the dollar for horse industry and tourism. I am sure the residents of Cecil County outside of Fair Hill will love that. Can’t wait for the new economic development director to bring something new to he table to address the high salary. Sorry, just don’t see anything except another manager who will not take care of his own immediate employees.
