		<description><![CDATA[A new 95 interchange also seems like pie in the sky to me and why would we want one?  To support low paying bad jobs provided by Amazon?  Cecil needs to wake up and invest in it&#039;s natural beauty. Tourism would generate much more than warehouses.

An economic impact study on the 95 toll would be a logical first step to any movement of it or could generate a subsidy for Cecil County.]]></description>
