But I see some name calling or finger pointing and then a committee or two will be formed  and finally blame will be assessed on  everything like drugs or parenting, etc. The County does not need blame; it need results and improvement.

People with expertise, or art least experience, should help guide the County in its tackling of these situations. But anything that takes money will not be considered. I see little changing. Thank you for posting this article.]]></description>
