Thanks for the update on this very important position. It is imperative that the person who wins this election be open and transparent, unlike the current county exec. This individual should be one who is familiar with both sides of charter government. One who understands the importance of open communications and one who is secure enough to utilize the expertise of its Council members in making decisions which impact all the citizens of Cecil County.

We also need someone who will make economic development a priority.
