Try crossing the state line after a snowstorm and note the difference with our neighbors. Generally speaking, we are markedly better at this than folks elsewhere.

This is not a complaint; I hope we all recognize that clearing roads always is a monumental task. It is simply a fact: by Monday evening not all roads had at least one pass by plows, as was proclaimed by the DPW director.
