I am so disappointed in the governing body of this County. This has been going on for over 2 years with all in County government, and I mean all– County Executive, County Council, Department Heads and Administrators– knowing full well the neglect that is going on in that facility.

I think that these county officers and staff are just as responsible for animal cruelty and neglect for allowing this horror to continue as is the staff at that overcrowded, inadequate, filthy Rainwood kennels.

So now how much money will taxpayers be forced to pay to clean up the county government’s messes? They say they will have to pay money to fix up whatever place they now want to dump the animals. And I think it is very clear that Tari Moore just wants to install the Buddies in another place, to run it into the ground at taxpayer expense, because she is so scared of Mindy Carletti and her girls.
