I would also point out Schneck and Patchell had 6 months to be able to review and totally understand all budgets. Considering that, next year i would suspect they would be better equipped to evaluate all budgets. It is my personal experience that there is so much of this process that we as average budget people do not know, and are not privy to so much that goes into the process.

The council did not raise taxes, some fees will hit a small select group, but over all they did what they set out to do.
