Joe, the public is becoming concerned how you are avoiding questions posed to you as a Cecil County Republican Central committee elected official.

Where are the last two financial reports required by the state? Why does the last financial report filed this past August not include the money raised at the Cecil County Fair Republican Barbecue in July? Where is that money?

I voted for you. I, and all Republicans in Cecil County deserve answers.

Joe, we just celebrated the Christmas holidays, not April Fools day.

My question was straightforward – what happened to the money that was raised by the Republican Central Committee?

I’m sure there are a number of Republican candidates that would have appreciated a contribution from the RCC. Kevin Hornberger, Mike W. Dawson and George Patchell all reported negative cash balances and outstanding obligations in their last financial reports. Why didn’t they get financial support from the Republican Central Committee?

Did you plan to answer the question, Joe C? Where is the money that was raised by the prior RCC? It is fully irrelevant whether the money was “needed” or not – it is relevant where the money landed if it didn’t end up in the hands of those for whom it was intended.
