Its a failed system and only keeps a drug addict DRUGGED and is a useless program wasting lots of money and filling someones pockets with lots of money. And by God let that addicts insurance end and they don’t give one iota about whether they live or die. They just want the money.

The solution is treatment centers to get them off drugs and there aren’t enough of them available to help. My brother has been trying to go to one for over a month with no help so don’t let them fool you that they all don’t want help. Tthe system is failing. Cecil county is keeping Drug Addicts with drugs through methodone ather than helping with a cure. Addicts travel here now just so they can come to live where the methodone is so easy to get.
