		<description><![CDATA[Most citizens in Cecil County would consider themselves out &quot;in the middle of nowhere&quot; when you consider the diversity and the sheer miles to traverse between Cecilton/Earleville and say, Rising Sun, or any of the other far flung towns at the borders of Cecil County.  Those same citizens got Councilman Hodge elected.  I suggest he embrace the concept of helping citizens out &quot;in the middle of nowhere&quot; else he find HIMSELF out &quot;in the middle of nowhere!&quot;]]></description>
