They don’t know unless someone lets them know. Enough complaints, maybe they will open their eyes and do something.

How is that 24 hour coverage working now. Rule breaking started from day one with the strays being placed in a shared kennel building against the laws they fought so hard to put in place. Beckons the phrase “Do As I Say Not As I Do.”

I’ll be waiting for the first audit but they probably hired a Smipkin accountant already.
