I was told today that they will be coming in within the next few days and leveling acres of woods behind my house. Wonderful. I am going from living on a quiet street surrounded by woods and nature , to surrounded by people who are lazy and get handouts.

Let’s not pile on against this type of housing project. Subsidized housing does not turn Cecil County into a welfare state, drug abuse and liberal entitlements through government programs do. Subsidized housing is workforce housing. Every person cannot live in a McMansion. The job base in Cecil County will not support it. This project has and will continue to put Cecil County residents in the construction industry to work, an industry that has been ravaged in the past few years.

Montgomery should pay for these sidewalks and his good ole boys in Cecil County Government should be ousted for turning Cecil County into a welfare state.
