Charity. CCPS, please tell us what the definition of homeless is. Local elected officials, please make the tough decisions needed. Don’t do what weak governers do when faced with tough budget decisions which is raise taxes. Please stop confiscating my capitol for the likes of arts, greenways, rural development blah blah and let me increase my personal charity budget so that I can help fix what I believe deserves my effort and capitol.
