In the third paragraph of the Declaration of Independence, it states, &quot;When a long train of abuses and usurpatons, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them to absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to install new guards for their future security.&quot;  Broomell, by controlling both Mullin and Dunn, has been able to exercise despotism. 

Because of this, it is imperative that Broomell not be promoted to County Executive where she will be able to enhance her abusive powers.  Just as important, it is imperative that Mullin be replaced.  He has demonstrated that he is not capable of leadership, and that is what the people of Cecil County deserve.]]></description>
