Cecil County Public Schools’ graduation rate is HIGHER than the state of MD. Broken? I say no sir. Perfect? Of course not. It seems to me that you are speaking of the wrong “Dr” as superintendent. There have been more cost-cutting measures in the last couple of years under the new guidance than in previous years.
