They have been dickering with this animal control issue for years – yes years. The only criticism that I heard when I atttended the public hearing in February was the size of the kennels. The other issues brought up by some agricultuural individual had nothing to do with the ordinance.

So why in the world is this still pending and another rewrite taking place? Just fix the kennel sizes and be done with it. It’s time to move on.
