Your vote on the airport commission is exactly the behavior you condemn regarding the Penn National reimbursement.

You thought everyone was in agreement on the airport commission? When during the past week was this extensive review conducted?

Further, you should recuse yourself on the Penn National reimbursement matter… you were involved in the anti-slots campaign and you also have a conflict of interest in the Rte. 222 widening project since your residence on that road in Perryville would be negatively impacted. You were a real fan of the Ethics Commission in the past so why not submit these two questions for an “advisory opinion” in the interest of transparency.

Commissioner DunnMullin is devoted almost totally to carrying out the Smigiel/Pipkin vendettas. Who on the existing airport panel is an “Enemy of SMIPKIN”? Let’s get on with promoting what’s best for the county.
