Combination of voter apathy, sleazey tactics, and enough money destroyed a good man’s career. Now the Smipkins can gloat while they prepare to destroy the Central Committee, as they did the Republican Women’s Club of Cecil County. Maybe the voters will wake up and defeat the rest of their slate members, for the good of the party and Cecil County.
