Each of the 7 individual candidates and both “slates” would be given 5 minutes of “air time” for a total of 45 minutes. Allowing 15 minutes for shuttling between the holding pen and the venue, it would be over in one hour. The rules would be established by the “missing candidates” from the Patriots forum, in order to guarantee fairness.
