He has always supported the fire companies and ambulance corps. and would work for them in Annapolis. Delegate Smigiel tried to kill the State Police MEDEVAC helicopter program last year. And he put in bills to dismantle the emergency medical system in the state that gives grants to the local fire companies and EMS for training and equipment. Smigiel can run but he can’t hide.
